The Central Coast of NSW is a beautiful location over flowing with amazing food experiences. I have spent many years living and working on the Central Coast in such restaurants as Bells at Kilcare, Pretty Beach House and Cafe de la Gallerie, and as such have built up network of suppliers, chefs and experiences.
When we can’t source local our food philosophy extends to the best on offer from oils, vinegars and chocolates to seafoods, salumi and meats. The oysters and seafood are second to none,
We try to sources the best and most sustainable products from around Australia and the world.
Our menus are based totally on you. We work with you to create the food that you want to eat. There are some fantastic producers in the highlands from truffle growers, olives, beef and fish and seafood from the south coast. We try to create a menu that is reflective of the environment and the terror of the Southern Highlands matching the food to your experience.

Over the past six years he has worked for a wide range of clients across many different areas. Expounding the motto that nothing is impossible he offers a wealth of culinary knowledge across many different disciplines.

When you contact Terrigal Private Chef, you speak directly to the chef. We only book a small number of clients at any one time to allow us to focus entirely on you.
